How We Boil Crawfish
Bearded Boilers is located in Northwest Houston and caters to the surrounding areas such as Cypress, Tomball, The Woodlands, Sugarland, Richmond, and Katy Texas. We specialize in premium crawfish boils for at-home or business events, festivals, or any other needs you may have.
We SOAK our crawfish! To us, it's all about the soak and temperature. If you mess these two things up you are left with rubbery or mushy crawfish or crawfish with no flavor. Nobody wants that at their boil. So leave it to the pros to make sure that never happens.
Bearded Boilers also offers crawfish served TWO ways traditional cajun style (soaked in our secret blend) or soaked and smothered (soaked then dowsed in our secret buttery sauce!)
Space Sauce (Secret Sauce) as we call it here in the bayous of Houston. Wish I could tell you what was in the sauce but that won't ever happen. However, it's a mix of spicy, sweet, and savory blends added to butter and simmered overnight. After you have it you will be dreaming about it in ya sleep!
